Everlasting Care Ltd are a North East based family care business providing Domiciliary Care throughout the region and a Day Centre in North Shields offering day care for the disabled and the vulnerable.

Our 24 Hour Domiciliary Care service provides a comprehensive range of personal and practical care services for all people, those with a learning and/or physical disability, and people who need assistance due to illness or general old age to enable them to continue living in the community, in accordance with their own lifestyle, and with independence, safety, and respect.

Services are also available for carers to enable them to have a break.

Our domiciliary care is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Registered Provider and Registered Manager are available during office hours and on an call facility is available for staff and service users outside normal office hours.

This statement of purpose sets out the agency aims and objectives, the services available, the skills of the staff, quality assurance systems, and the process to compliment or complain about the services
provided.

We aim to offer a service user focused flexible, high quality personal and practical care service designed to support individual people living in their own home and to assist and improve the quality of their lives.

The objectives of the Agency

Everlasting care key objective is to enhance the quality of life and relieve the stresses experienced by service users who have care needs as a result of a disability, illness, or age, and/or to enable carers to
have a break from their caring responsibilities by offering a personal care service through the provision of trained community care workers.
